The current space was formerly the computer server room for the Quick Trip corporation and is being re-purposed as a Veterinary Lab for the Veterinary Tech program at Community Care College.  The program for this space was to include two exam rooms, a bathing section, laboratory workspace, exam tables and a radiology room.

The conceptual idea was to include natural tones into the space with greys and greens and take advantage of the ribbon windows of the existing structure.  A raised floor will be removed and drains inserted to accommodate additional plumbing needs.  The space is to be used not only for a lab but as a marketing tool to secure funding from donors and recruiting future students.
